Cost-effective Scrap Copper Processor, Low Emission Copper Cable Recycler
Product Introduction
Cutting-Edge Material Separation
Leveraging state-of-the-art separation technologies, it ensures
complete dissociation of copper and plastic, delivering high-purity
recycled materials and maximizing resource recovery efficiency.
Versatile Scrap Adaptability
Engineered to process varied copper wire residues—including bare
copper conductors, enameled wires, automotive wiring looms, etc.—it
cater to cross-industry recycling requirements with unmatched
flexibility.
Eco-Conscious Engineering
Designed for energy efficiency, it operates with low power
consumption, zero emissions, and minimized noise output. The dry
separation mechanism eliminates water reliance, ensuring full
compliance with eco-friendly production standards.
Working Principle
The copper rice machine is a self-automated processing system that initiates real-time operational monitoring upon startup to ensure consistent performance. Requiring only single-pass feeding, the equipment integrates material feeding units, granulation crushers, chain-driven conveyors, air separation systems, vibratory screening beds, and dust extraction modules. Waste copper wires are fed onto the conveyor belt, where they are crushed into granular fragments before being sorted via an air-density separation mechanism, yielding high-purity copper pellets ("copper rice") and recycled plastic fractions.
