Working Principle
The copper rice machine is a self-automating processing system that
initiates real-time operational oversight upon startup to ensure
stable performance. Engineered for single-pass material feeding,
the equipment integrates material feeding units, granulation
crushers, chain-conveyed conveyors, pneumatic separation systems,
vibratory screening decks, and dust-collection modules. Waste
copper wires are fed onto the conveyor belt, where they are reduced
to granular fragments before being sorted via a pneumatic
density-separation mechanism, yielding high-purity copper pellets
(known as "copper rice") and recycled plastic chips.
