Product Description:
The waste refrigerator recycling plant is used to recycle various
waste refrigerators, freezers or home appliances. After recycling
the waste refrigerators, we can finally get: iron, plastic, foam,
non-ferrous metals and other materials.
The entire refrigerator recycling production line includes
pre-disassembly platform, dual-shaft shredder, vertical Hummer
crusher, magnetic separator, eddy current separator, air separator,
foam compactor, etc. (Adjust and customize according to your
on-site conditions)
Work Principle:
1. Steel chain conveyors move heavy old refrigerators quickly
during the process, allowing companies to transport them with less
storage space and less labor costs.
2. Depending on the type of refrigerant, a refrigerant recovery
device is used to classify and recycle the refrigerant. Remove the
compressor, condenser, etc.
3. The whole machine enters the double-shaft shredder for shredding
and preliminary crushing.
4. The materials enter the hammer crusher and undergo secondary
crushing through the crushing and kneading of the crusher.
5. During the secondary crushing, part of the polyurethane foam
enters the foam separator through air separation. Heavy objects
such as plastics and metals enter the belt conveyor.
6. Magnetic separator is used for screening equipment such as iron
powder removal in powder reuse.
7. Non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum are separated by
eddy current, and plastic and foam materials are transported to the
air flow separation system through belts to separate pure plastic
and foam. Polyurethane foam is compressed into blocks through a
foam crusher.
