Product Introduction:
The lithium battery recycling production line is mainly for
lithium-ion batteries. According to the material characteristics of
lithium-ion batteries and combined with actual processes, it mainly
separates positive and negative electrode materials and valuable
metals through physical crushing, combined with air separation and
vibration screening processes, and finally obtains positive and
negative electrode materials (lithium cobalt oxide powder or
ternary powder, graphite powder), copper, aluminum, diaphragm
plastic, nickel strip and other materials.
Working process:
1. TONTEN machinery lithium battery crushing recycling line sends
waste lithium batteries to the primary crusher for crushing by the
conveyor.
2. The material is sent to the crusher by the conveyor for
secondary crushing, and the iron in the material is sorted out by
the conveyor and enters the magnetic separator at the same time.
3. It is sent to the air separator by the conveyor, and the
diaphragm paper in the positive and negative plates is separated by
the fan and cyclone discharger. The separated positive and negative
plates are sent to third-level crusher for fine crushing, and the
material is crushed to about 20 meshes.
4. It enters cyclone separator through negative pressure system for
dust filtration. Materials of different densities are separated by
two wind selection layers, and all ultrafine dust enters the pulse
dust collector through the negative pressure system.
5. The filtered exhaust gas will continue to be sent to the exhaust
gas treatment equipment by the negative pressure system for air
purification, so that it can be discharged after meeting the
national emission standards.
The recycling of waste lithium batteries is mainly concentrated on
the recovery of precious metals cobalt and lithium in the positive
electrode. Copper in the negative electrode of waste lithium
batteries is an important production raw material widely used. The
environmentally friendly physical separation process is adopted to
achieve efficient separation and recycling of waste lithium
batteries.
