Working principle:
Lithium Battery Recycling Production Line delivery the scrapped
lithium batteries from the conveyor to the first-stage crusher for
shredding. The shredded materials are sent to the second-stage
multi-blade crusher for secondary crushing through the conveyor.
The magnetic separation equipment is set up while the secondary
crushed materials enter the conveyor to separate the iron in the
materials. The sorted materials are sent to the airflow sorter
through the conveyor, and the diaphragm paper in the positive and
negative plates is separated by the induced draft fan and the
cyclone feeder. The sorted positive and negative plates are sent to
the third-stage crusher for fine crushing, and the materials are
crushed to about 20 meshes. The crushed materials enter the cyclone
separator through the negative pressure system for dust filtration,
and through two air flow sortings, the materials of different
densities are layered, and then the positive and negative plates
and copper, aluminum, nickel and other materials are obtained, and
all ultra-fine dust is brought into the pulse dust collector by the
negative pressure system for collection. The filtered exhaust gas
will continue to be sent to the exhaust gas treatment equipment by
the negative pressure system for air purification.
