Product introduction:
The mesh belt dryer is an intermittent and continuous production equipment that uses electric heating, steam heating, and hot air heating. Working principle:

The material to be dried is evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder. The mesh belt uses a 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh. Driven by the transmission device, it moves into the belt dryer. The belt dryer consists of several units, each unit has an independent hot air cycle, part of the exhaust gas is discharged by a special dehumidification fan, and the exhaust gas is controlled by a regulating valve. The hot air passes through the material spread on the mesh belt from bottom to top or from top to bottom, and is heated and dried to take away moisture. The mesh belt moves slowly, and the running speed can be freely adjusted according to the material temperature. The dried product falls into the collector continuously.
