Working principle:
the wet pan mill motor driven to the reducer through the V-belt,
and then the small bevel gear on the reducer drives the big gear
connected with the grinding plate, so as to make the rotary table
run counter clockwise. The raw materials in the plate are moved by
the internal and external scraper when the plate is running, so as
to achieve the purpose of uniform mixing. At the same time, the
roller supported on the crossbeam is made to rotate by the friction
between the raw material and the roller, and the raw material is
squeezed, broken, squeezed and broken (repeated operation) until
the raw material meets the use requirements. At this time, the
discharging scraper is put down, and the raw material overflows out
of the plate along the scraper to complete the purpose of mixing,
stirring and extrusion.
