7. Improvement of the ejector system: The ejector plate reducer is changed from a cycloidal pinwheel reducer to a hardened gear reducer, and the rotating parts of the ejector system are completely separated from the ejector frame (the entire drive operation is outside), which completely solves the problem that the ejector system is easily affected by high-temperature steam. Besides, except for the discharge turntable, all other non-moving parts of the pellet machine that can contact with materials and steam are made of stainless steel, which fundamentally solves the corrosion problem of metal materials.
